Suddenly thrust into the actual life of a secretary/treasurer, I feel quite inadequate. Maybe there is some hidden pamphlet in the world for the treasurer that I haven't found. Maybe if I knew who the old treasurer from last year was, I'd be better at this. As it is, I am trying to take $10 from an account that doesn't have my name or our current Advisors name, and I am deciding what kind of "refreshmenst" the college students would want.

Cool- aid? Cheap, but... cheap
Pop? Expensive... and too varied
Maybe I could find a punch recipe, make it and bring that, but then what do I put it into? I need something "Halloweenish" hrmmmm. Dollar store? Maybe they have a punch bowl.
Cookies? Should I make them or have them store bought? Timewise... Storebought. 'sides, I may burn them. GAH!
Well, I think the dollar store may be my best bet, but I have been having classic bank account problems, (overdraft) that I wasn't expecting and since it IS Columbus Day, I still show negative balance, when I know I have about $20. Blah, stupid holidays.
