Janelle came over last night and we went out to see 'Master of Disguise'. There were a few good laughs, but all in all, there were a lot of 'borrowed' funnies. Austin Powers came into mind.

After the movie, we ran to Wal-Mart, picked up a few hair dyes for myself and Aspen and went home. Aspens hair looks much the same. Last night, my hair turned a hideous orange, and I mean bright orange! So, on we trekked back to Wal-Mart and we found a dark brown (not permanent this time, 3 week one) and we dyed over the orange. Now I can say my hair is a brown with a cast of pink underneath. *sigh!* Next time we will make sure to read the box and discover the small print of what color you should have before you dye! Blondes don't necessarily have ALL the fun.

Today I start my new job on campus! I have 2 and 1/2 hours until I need to be there.I am planning on bringing a little cleaning kit and a notebook and some post-it-notes. I need to clean up the computer desks, write down the problems I encounter with the computers and Morgan's instructions, and then when I am done with a computer, I will stick a bright yellow flag on the monitor so I don't backtrack. Which reminds me, I need to find my zip disk!

Newspaper job is still up in the air. I haven't heard a thing yet, so I am going to find their number and give them a call. Hopefully everything is OK with my friend.

Sorry it has been so long since I last wrote, life has been busy.
Aspen and I just got back from our vacation trip to Mount Rushmore and Yellowstone. Now that is a long drive!

I start work this Monday in the computer lab. I cannot wait to work with the computers and do something I actually enjoy. I haven't heard from my friend at the BSU newspaper though, so I am not sure what is happening there. She had said she'd e-mail me to get trained in, but time is running out and so far no contact. I will have to run by sometime on Monday and see what is happening.

Also, we got two rooms! Aspen and I had signed up for a suite, but there are never openings, so the lady called and said we could both get a double as a single and we said, "Hell yeah!!" We made sure we were in the same building, which, in fact, is a floor where we are neighbors! But, get this... Were going to put the beds in one room and keep the other as a livingroom. Whoooo, lots of room for everyone!
